Welcome to my crazy life

Although I have a complex disability, I don't let it stop me from living my life to the fullest.
There is never a dull moment in my life, even when I want one!

About Me

Image description: Jono in the Bourke St Mall Melbourne. Jono is smiling in front of a group of buskers, a tram is passing by.

I'm a 31-year-old man who has Cerebral Palsy (CP). I get around in a wheelchair and communicate with a tablet. I am living the life I always dreamt of because I took control and made things happen!

My Disability

My form of CP is called Spastic Quadriplegia. This means that my bodily movements are reduced due to muscle spasticity, which in my case causes increased stiffness.

Public Speaking

Throughout the past few years, I've been giving presentations to schools, universities, TAFEs and conferences.

When I give a presentation, I talk about my experiences navigating the world with a complex disability amongst other things.
